Steve Wagner has been an accountant for 30 years and has owned his own practice for nearly 15. Steve focuses on the personal relationship between the client and the accountant, making the client feel more at ease with the stressful business of dealing with his or her finances.

Cassi Wagner is our office manager and certified mutual fund agent who also does bookkeeping, payroll, answering phones, and anything else that needs to be done. Cassi enjoys spending time with her family and loves the outdoors.

Becki Peters has been here for over 11 years now and has become a vital part to our success. As an experienced bookkeeper, payroll expert, and tax preparer, her advice and knowledge can certainly help you succeed financially. In her spare time, Becki enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and driving her 1940 Chevy streetrod.

Peggy Cook has been with the company for over 8 years and in the accounting business for the last three decades. She is our resident Quickbooks and Peachtree accounting software expert and also handles some of the bookkeeping and tax preparation workload. Peggy enjoys spending time with her family and driving up to the mountains. She also finds time to volunteer with a local horse rescue group.

Jerrilyn Coulter has been with the firm for over 12 years. She is very well-versed in all aspects of the accounting spectrum, including bookkeeping, taxes, and payroll preparation. Jer brightens anyone's day with her laugh and enjoys fly fishing.

Carrie Messmer at the front desk has been with us for 8 years. Carrie is the friendly face at our front desk and is a payroll and bookkeeping expert.

Sean Wagner is Steve's son and is currently attending graduate school for Accounting at the University of Colorado. Sean also handles IT work in the office and offers Quickbooks training help. Sean is happily married and recently purchased his first home!
